How do I export quizzes from Moodle?

In Moodle, navigate to your course Question bank, select the questions you want to export, then choose Export and select "Moodle XML format". This will download an XML file containing your quiz questions that you can upload to this converter.

Which QTI version should I use for Canvas?

Canvas supports both QTI 1.2 and QTI 2.1 formats. We recommend QTI 2.1 as it provides better support for modern question types and features. If you encounter any import issues with QTI 2.1, try using QTI 1.2 as a fallback.
