QuizWhiz provides an AI-powered study platform that allows users to generate quizzes, track skills, and improve their learning efficiency. The Service includes creation of quizzes from various inputs (topics, text, files), performance tracking, and AI-driven study recommendations.
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You retain ownership of any study materials, notes, PDFs, or text you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant QuizWhiz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service (e.g., generating quizzes and analyzing performance).
Our Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate content and analyze performance. While we strive for accuracy, AI systems can occasionally produce incorrect or misleading information ("hallucinations"). You act responsibly by verifying important information. QuizWhiz is a study aid and should not be the sole source of truth for critical academic or professional examinations.
QuizWhiz offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are issued within seven (7) days of the original purchase.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. QuizWhiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
